2018 Renault Kadjar Rumors Redesign, Changes, Specs
If you are following all rumors and speculations about the latest crossover, probably you have seen the latest pictures of the new 2018 Renault Kadjar. The crossover has a stylish design with the platform based on Nissan Qashqai. Everything happens when Renault cooperated with Nissan. The cooperation brought a good decision that Kadjar and Qashqai shared 60% of their parts to each other.
The 2018 Renault Kadjar comes with more character compared to some of the rivals. It has a large and bold nose at the front part with the big Renault logo. The headlight has swept back design for a striking look. The bodywork has curvy lines for a stylish design. The standard alloy wheels are in size of 17-inch while the optional is 19-inch diamond-cut.
Open the door and get into the cabin, so you can find its brand new design. The 2018 Renault Kadjar has a futuristic look with the help of the digital instrument dials. The interior is similar to the Qashqai and we expect to see the rearranged climate buttons together with the redesigned air vents. The quality is respectable with the support of soft-touch materials. 2018 Renault Kadjar Engine
If we have to talk about the engine design, there are three engine options available for 2018 Renault Kadjar. The first is for the base, which can be the 1.2-liter TCe, turbo petrol engine to provide 128 HP while the maximum pulling power is 2,000 rpm. The next choice is the two diesel options, a 1.5-liter dCi to make 109 HP and the 1.6-liter dCi to make 128 HP. These engines have different acceleration. The base unit is able to make 10.1 seconds to reach 60 mph while the top speed is 119 mph. The 1.5 liter of dCi diesel can accelerate to 60 mph in 11.7 seconds while the 1.6-liter dCi is able to reach 60 mph in 10.4 seconds.
At this time, there is no official announcement available about the 2018 Renault Kadjar. We guess it is ready in the end of the year. The base price should be about €19,000 and the top model is €30,000. The CSR has a tight competition with Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tuscon, Peugeot 3008, and the Seat Ateca.
